Aurora Town Hall is open to the public during the following regular hours:
Monday–Friday
8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m.
Monthly Cutoff Day
On the 5th day of each month, Town Hall will remain open from 8:30 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. for utility-payment cutoff business.
If the 5th falls on a weekend or holiday, these extended hours will apply on the following business day.
Bill-Processing Closures
Town Hall will be closed to the public on bill-processing days occurring on the 18th and 21st of each month. A notice will be posted on the door when the office is closed.
Residents may leave a message by calling 252-322-4611, and Town staff will return the call as soon as possible.
Hours may occasionally change because of Town business, special events or other circumstances. These scheduled closures provide employees with time to complete administrative work that cannot be performed while the office is open to the public.
